You want to sue your parent(s) for your college tuition? If it is contained in a divorce case then only the parties (mom & dad) can file anything for contempt. Which I would think is completely past the limitations for prosecution. There must be a lot of love between you two.
I mean, you certainly could and it is your legal right. However they money paid in court costs may not make it worth it. Also, does he have the money to afford it? If not, you are seriously wasting your time. Sad to say but true. Most attorneys give free consultations though. Give it a try, can’t hurt
