This guy seems like a bit of a douche… and with all those millions you’d think he’d at least get a stylist for his apartment.. BAM, it’s ugly!
Good on him for giving away his money though, sure he wont miss $100,000 too much. And at least he knows what it’s like to be poor. I think the producers may have a say in how much is given.. surely..? The guy has 300M…!

His donation is better then nothing, but should at least be the advertised price… The Australian version of Secret Millionaire seems more genuine.
I thought the show was thought and emotion provoking, but it let me feeling unsatisfied. I thought “G” could have done sooooo much more. I would like to see a follow up episode at some point to see if he continued to “give”. I would also like to see what happened to the foundations and the people who received a gift from him. I felt that while it was “nice”, the main purpose was for Gurbaksh to earn some atta boy points

I think this guy is cheap as hell….300 million in the bank and he apparently doesnt think the viewing public can do simple math… he doesnt even give away the shows advertised minimum amount….how about this guy make some real touch choices…like wiping his ass with 20’s instead of 100’s.
200 000$ interests every year, a lot of people in need would benefit from that and he DOESN’T even spend a penny from his own money. He’s a cheap ass crack for sure.

I know there are business courses and business degrees but it should be part of the curriculum, not just an optional course. Business ownership isn’t for everyone, and degrees don’t guarantee anything either. I feel shows like this rekindle the passion in people who wanted to control their own destiny. It also sheds light on the risks and rewards of business. There are also different scales of business some might be happy with a small home business others might want a bigger business portfolio
Look nobody gave this guy anything, this goes for all multi millionaires who did not inherit money. If anything people should be trying to get guidance from him and others like him in your city where you live. Our school system teaches us to graduate and get a job they don’t emphasize the option of business ownership.
