Look at the university catalog. There should be an elementary education major. The list of suggested and required courses will be in the catalog.
Part of your orientation should include a visit with your academic adviser, who can also help you pick appropriate classes.

You can select classes listed under the Early Education Major. Classes for the Liberal Arts Major can also satisfy some of the courses you will need to take to earn your teaching credential after you receive your college degree.
I’ve been teaching in California (mostly 2nd grade) for 12 years. I’m not sure if it works exactly the same in Georgia. The college advisors will give you all the information you need during orientation. They will walk you through the process of registering for classes.
I hope you choose to enter the teaching profession in the future – it’s the most rewarding job on the planet! Good luck :)
