Titina, no se si cataluña, pertenezca a grecia o sea parte de otro pais que no sea españa, pero hasta donde se cataluña es parte de españa,?

This sauce is not traditional from Spain but from Catalonia (center and south)!!!And we use a mortar to do it, not a food processor. It helps when you need to taste. Also every family has its own recipe and its own secret.This sauce is served with grilled veggies.The tomato and paprika you added we traditonaly cook them in the fireplace so you can feel the wood when you peel them.Enjoy this sause cause it is worth it.
