Everything sounds good to me except perhaps “teacher’s assistant”, which doesn’t sound like a rigorous course from which you would learn much. When you say that “so far” you have all As, do you mean in your freshman and sophomore years, or do you mean in your courses so far this semester? You need good grades and strong SAT scores, along with the extracurriculars.
Almost any college will have social sciences, so you can really go any place which would offer a good education. You can certainly apply to more of the UCs and CSUs, and if private schools are a possibility for you, think about places like the University of San Francisco and Santa Clara, since you are looking in Northern California.
You might want to go onto the College Board’s site to see if there are other schools which fit your qualifications and interests. Go to http://www.collegeboard.com, and click on the college matchmaker function..

Also consider applying to UC Berkeley and Standford. With your straight A’s, you probably have a decent chance of being admitted into Berkeley. Also participate in extracurriculars that you like (that you can hopefully one day write an essay about!). Prepare for the SAT Reasoning, at least two SAT Subject Tests, and the ACT. And while you’re preparing for college, remember to have fun and make the most out of your high school experience.
