There’s a solution for this problem. Cut welfare benefits, to the point where it’s not worth collecting it anymore, and invest that money into our own military. Invest it into injured veterans who fought and served, and help them be able to help their children.
Ultimately, I think anyone who wants to be a legal taxpaying American should get scholarships. Do we really want children of illegals being tax takers forever, because they can’t afford a living? This is the land of opportunity, and everyone deserves a shot at a better future. What about all the people on welfare in this country who get all these handouts? I don’t hear anyone complaining about that. Shame on how scum in this country get taken care of and not our own military.

I’ve heard Huckabee state that he favored providing in-state tuition for the children of illegals. claiming he did’t want to penalize the children. The children are, themselves, illegal. Additionally, they may well be the children of illegals although with the rampant issue of immigration benefit fraud that has been amply documented in GAO report after another.If our nation was stupid enough to create such a lucrative benefit for such “children” the fraud rates would be astronomical
